Great! Tailored Living did an amazing job. We LOVE our "new" garage and could not be happier! Johan and Ellie were great and then our 2 installers worked so **** ** making sure everything looked perfect.

After meeting with Tailored Living and one other reputable company to obtain a quote for the application of epoxy flooring to our garage floor, we ultimately decided to go with Tailored Living and we couldn’t be more pleased with our decision! Upon meeting the owner, Johan, my husband and I were impressed with his professionalism and could sense that he was someone who would stand behind his work. We were also glad to know we were actually meeting with “the owner” and not an employee or representative. After our initial meeting, we had several follow up questions, including their ability to install kayak storage. Johan’s responsiveness to those questions was wonderful. Professionalism, responsiveness, availability and pricing all factored into our decision to hire them. It was a two-day process in terms of the application of the epoxy. On day 1, Jason and Matt showed up on time and ready to go. After conversing with them for a few minutes, I could tell they were simply all around GREAT guys. They had such positive, happy-go-lucky, but professional, spirits. The process was absolutely seamless. We are admittedly “neat freaks” and I’d heard it could be a messy process. Not at all the case with Jason and Matt. At the end of process, they left our garage in pristine condition. I told them I don’t even want to put our cars back in there! Jason and Matt also went above and beyond when we had a last-minute issue with turning off the water to our garage refrigerator. When they arrived on day 2 and we mentioned the issue, Matt said (as if it was nothing), “How do access your crawl space? I’ll turn it off.” He absolutely did not have to volunteer to do that, but he thought nothing of it (and did it within 10 minutes); small thing to him, big thing for us. I could ramble on, but suffice it to say: Stop wavering and call Tailored Living! You will NOT be disappointed.

From start to finish everything went perfectly! Ellie and Johan couldn't have been more helpful from designing the perfect layout to expert installation. The finished closet is so impressive I wish they'd done all of our closets!

The floor is fantastic. It is much better than any floor that you can install on your own. Their service was extremely professional. They came out to my house 3-4 times to make sure we were comfortable with what they were doing. I had a question and they came out to make sure I was comfortable with the answer. I highly recommended them. It is worth every penny of the cost.
