I feel like it has gotten slightly better since I started using it. I had an issue where we went to the mountains about a year or so ago and we could not get the signal at all. T-Mobile calls and does surveys from time to time about their service and I spoke with a representative about that particular situation. The lady's suggestion was for me to have two phones. I thought that was really ridiculous. I didn't really like that they said that. After that, I talked to another representative during another survey and I mentioned it to them. That person thought the same as I did, that it was ridiculous and they actually sent me an email with some troubleshooting stuff that I could do. I really liked that. That helped. I actually had Sprint before I switched to T-Mobile. The reason I switched was because I thought it would be cheaper but I'm actually paying the same that I did at Sprint.

The process was quite seamless and in the end the cost was better than any other provider. Cell phone companies have a reputation of having horrible customer service. With T-Mobile that was not the case. Everyone I spoke to was excited to help and Knowledgeable about how to complete what seemed like a difficult transaction to me: trading in our current phones then buying the new ones with the credit.

I never lose calls. I just have the basic phone that's why the price is so low. I had them in California for years so I just kept them. I don't have trouble. I don't have problems with them at all. The price is great!

Had to get a new phone for my daughter who is legally blind and the gentlemen were very courteous and the most helpful that weve ever had at a T Mobile store....I am not sure of the names but one was a manager and the service couldn't have been any better.....

They are the most pitiful company I have ever dealt with in my life. They falsely advertise their services.  They can not keep a connection; almost every call I make gets dropped.  I thought I was getting a better price with them due to their unlimited mobile to mobile, but I wasn't.  You have to have a computer to access information about your account.  I don't use my cell phone that much, but my first bill from them was $600.  They just kept saying there was nothing they could do for me.  You can not access your voicemail from any phone other than your cell phone, which takes up your minutes.  There are so many things wrong with their service that I can't even begin to list them all.  I called them over 150 times in a 40 day period with questions about my account.  Their attitude was that it just wasn't their problem.
