Swift Service Men

The worst company to book with. Horrible customer service!! Take your money somewhere else.

This is the second time using their services. My daughter was relocating from Pennsylvania. She stored her furnishings at our house briefly while waiting on her apartment to become available. On July 18 Rick and Marcus unloaded the rental truck. They arrived on time, looked at the job and where we wanted things stored. They were friendly, professional and promptly started unloading. There were a lot of stairs but they never slowed down. It was amazing the short amount of time it took to completely the job. On August 10, Rick and Damion came back to reload the moving truck. Rick was familiar where things were stored and quickly planned how he wanted to fit the furnishings. Again they were friendly, professional and promptly began working. Another excellent job. I was very impressed with the ease of booking and the communication from start to finish. I wish them continued success.

These guys were GREAT. We had to change our time the day of the move, and they were totally flexible and understanding, showed up right on time, were super helpful and kind and just really great. We will absolutely be using them again - I can't recommend them enough! AND! I had them move dressers between bedrooms three times because I couldn't decide, they're saints.

I have used Swift Service Men more than once and both times they provided excellent service. They were professional, courteous, and trustworthy. Not to mention they loaded/ unloaded in record time, all the while treating every package with care. I will definitely use them again when needed. Thx SSM... keep up the great work!

The 2 man team of Will and Marcus were on time and very professional and handled all items with care. They completed the allotted 2 hour task in 1 1/2 hours. They worked!!!

These guys are the BEST ! I couldn't believe how professional, and efficient they are. I will hire them every time, and I highly recommend you hire them for every job. No Need to look anywhere else. You will not be disappointed. A++++

We had 3 men, Markus, Collins and Chris. All were punctual, very polite and respectful of our belongings. Worked very hard and fast. Highly recommend...will use again.

The men assigned were NOT professional packers, they were movers, and said so.  Many boxes had to be repacked.  I have contacted their management, and we are working towards some kind of reconciliation.  Advise: ensure that you supervise the packers, and make sure you have good condition boxes and plenty of packing material.  One of their "defenses" was that I had a lot of old boxes.  True, some were used.  But I also advised them that there were dozens of boxes and more packing material in the garage; all they had to do was ask.  They didn't.  Be careful.
