I SAW THE PRODUCT THAT HE WAS GOING TO INSTALL AND I THOUGHT HE KNEW HOW TO INSTALL IT. IT DID NOT APPEAR TO BE THE CORRECT PRODUCT FOR THE JOB. I TOLD HIM CONSTANTLY THAT I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH IT, AND HE SAID THAT WAS WHAT HE HAD TO DO TO MAKE THE LIGHT WORK; IT DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY. I AM SO DISPLEASED WITH HIS WORK. HE USED MASKING TAPE TO RUN THE CORD TO THE ELECTRICAL OUTLET THAT WAS VISIBLE IN THE ROOM (ABOUT 12 FEET OF IT).
