They did excellent work. Replaced and repainted sections of wood around door so that the repair was unnoticeable to the eye.

Adam was exceptionally professional, thorough, and timely in all of his communications and work for us. We had a list of about 6 things for he and his employee to do including some dry wall repair and paint, clearing rust from an iron railing and properly painting it, caulking and doing some touch up painting in our bathroom and bedroom, and finally fixing (correctly) a loose fascia board that was not installed properly and painting as needed. Professional, on time, clean, and efficient. As a self proclaimed "detail freak" I would highly recommend him.

We wanted to save our old shed so we contacted Adam. He was quick to reply and came out onsite to review the work that needed to be done. I knew he was the handyman we would choice because during his review, he was talking through the process and recommended on items that needed to be addressed vs. items that could wait for another time to help save us with cost. When it was time to do the work, he was on time and completed the job in the allotted time he said it would take him. The process from beginning to end went smooth and his work looks great. I would definitely hire him again if I need any work done around my home.

While in the attic to check on screens behind gable vents, Andy slipped on the insulation and broke through the ceiling in my bathroom. He immediately showed me the damage and had already sent his son to purchase some sheetrock for the repair. I left them at my home and came back hours later to find the repairs I had asked for completed, and the difficult sheetrock repair in the ceiling completed and almost impossible to see. These fellows were honest, responsive, professional, and I plan on having them do more work around my home.

All the jobs that I needed completed were done very well and with good expertise. Mr. Sztyber is very kind and professional. He provided a timely estimate and completion of work all in the same week. I had all of those little things that I kept on putting off finally Done :-) . I will definitely use Sureserve for future handyman jobs.

SureServ quickly responded to our request for a quote. Adam didn’t just take a 2 second glance at the problem….he examined carefully and discussed how it should be repaired. We then did a walk-around the house to see if any other rotted wood needed replacing. During that walk, he pointed out two areas that might cause problems later, and told us how to easily fix them ourselves. He and his crew arrived as scheduled the next week with all the materials needed. Frankly, it was enjoyable to see them working together as a team. The repair was top notch. Adam, was very professional and worked around my schedule to fix the squeaks in all my floor while new carpet was being installed, he was able to come in a short notice, and did a wonderful job. The damaged wood molding was replaced with PVC molding and painted to match. There is no visible difference in the trim. It looks great!

Adam at SureServe was able to adjust his availability based on the plumbers timeline which was critical given we didn't want to leave the opening in the ceiling open very long given temperatures in the teens. The quality of his work was excellent and the cost was reasonable (great value for the quality of work). He was also very careful given we had recently just installed new hardwood floors. I will definitely reach out to him again when I need general contracting & handy man type services in the future.
