SUPREME FLOORING INC

David Price installed the carpet in our living approximately 4.5 years ago when we bought the carpet from Home Depot. The carpet has been loose from day 1. Had a business card from David, so called him to see if he'd give us a discount on coming out to stretch out the carpet. He said he would charge us $75, so we set Saturday AM between 8:30 and 9. I called David's cell phone (the number he gave me) Friday evening to confirm, and then left vm messages a couple times Sat AM, but never heard from David. I found Supreme Flooring on Angie's List, called the listed number, and David answered. He gave the excuse that he didn't have my number to call me, and said he'd be out at 3 PM. He did show, and did an OK job stretching the carpet, but left a bunch of black marks on the carpet from the kicker he was using. When we pointed out the black marks, he said he didn't realize that he was leaving marks on the carpet. He wouldn't change his fee, so we just paid him and spent the next several hours trying to get the spots out of the carpet. David was not professional. I will never hire him again.

THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN IN THIS AREA FOR LIKE FIFTY OR SIXTY YEARS NOW. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COMPETITIVE. THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!
