We had a great experience purchasing our swingset from Superior Play Systems this summer. Their warehouse demo location is great and allowed us to try all the different swingsets before purchasing anything. The biggest benefit of this is that it helped us to narrow down our choices and we could see which options best fit our kids. What really sold us on their swingsets was the high quality of their products as well as the sturdiness of the assembly. Yes, the initial cost is higher than a local discount store or home improvement store option, but these swingsets look and feel like they will last for many years and give the kids room to grow into them too. Additionally, they were very flexible with us as we decided to change the color combination as well as the installation date. They had no problems accommodating both of these requests. Finally, the installation was completed by two subcontractors but they did an excellent job too (it took about 5 hours for the installation) and we were happily enjoying our swingset that afternoon.

They install all the goals 9" above the approved heights. they made no effort to correct the problem for 2 weeks. I had to send my men out to assist in demolition of the concrete base, so the goals could be reinstalled at the correct height. they apparently sub out their installation to any 3rd with a truck.
