We needed our new home thoroughly cleaned in preparation for painting, and Superior Cleaning Service did an excellent job scrubbing baseboards, removing hard-to-reach dust and cobwebs, even cleaning years' worth of dirt and dust from the top of our cabinets and behind our washer/dryer. Now the 20+ year-old house looks almost new! Very pleased with the service.

We had a great experience from start to finish. We only had a couple of days in town, and we did not expect to need a professional deep cleaning, however it proved necessary. Superior was highly responsive, and we were able to get a cleaning scheduled for the very next morning. A crew of 3 arrived right on time and spent several hours making the house look like new. We are very satisfied customers.

I have been using Superior Cleaning Service since August 2018. They do a great cleaning job and are very professional in their correspondence with me as the customer. They also inform you of delays in getting to your home or issues at you house if you are not there. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a quality cleaning and professional service.

We recently moved our business into a commercial space that had been previously occupied by a painting studio. There was paint all over the tiles. We only had 2 days to get the floor cleaned up and Mercedes and her team went out of their way to accommodate us and get this done quickly. She pointed out that we needed to clean everything first or dust and dirt would settle into the freshly waxed floor so we had her clean the entire area first. We thought the price was very fair and after we saw the amount of time her team put into the work, we were even more pleased. The floors look brand new now. We highly recommend her.

Two ladies, Patricia and Jazmin (sp?) provided an initial deep cleaning of our home, which of course costs more than regular cleaning does. I have health issues and cannot clean my home as well as I would like. The ladies from Superior Cleaning did an OUTSTANDING job. They each cleaned for five hours straight, including cleaning interior windows. We were so impressed we are hiring them to come monthly, and would hire them weekly if we could (the weekly cleaning costs less per week if you choose weekly service.) I would recommend them to anyone needing a spring cleaning or a regular house cleaning service. Eulin, the friendly, professional office manager, scheduled a team to deep clean my home on less than 48 hours notice. The owner, Mercedes, is absolutely wonderful to work with. Many of her employees have been with her more than a decade, and their expertise shows. I am very happy with them! The same team cleans your home each time, and I like knowing the same insured, bonded team is assigned to our home.

The cleaners did a wonderful job, but interaction with management was incredibly awkward. The cleaners did not speak any English, so all communication about timing and payment was handled via text between me and the supervisor. I got the feeling the cleaners were told to take longer to finish the job, in order to extend the time and force me to pay more. Supervisor was texting me that they were coming back in to finish after they had already left and I had paid them for the additional time over and above what I had already paid.

Wonderful!! Mercedes, the owner, usually sends a 2 person crew to clean my house from top to bottom. It takes 2 hours and they do a very thorough job. I use to call them when I need a good cleaning and they were always very responsive and would do their best to get me scheduled on the day I requested. But a few months ago I switched to a monthly service. It is much more convenient and time saving. Superior scheduled 6 services for me, once a month on a day of my choosing. I get an email reminder a few days before they come telling me exactly what time they will be coming to my house. I could not be happier and will continue this service.
