Great service! I called early in the morning and told them I was having trouble starting my car but if I could get it to turn over I would be there asap! They said to call back if it didn't start and they would help me. They also asked if I wanted to wait or if I had a ride. I told them I would leave it and walk a few blocks to the train and go home. They informed me they had a shuttle bus and could take me to work or home and pick me back up!. So they took me back home and called 2 hours later letting me know it was the battery, brakes were good and how much the cost would be. they got it done very quickly and then had no problem with me leaving it overnight - said they would keep it in the garage for me. Very professional and courteous!

I have been very pleased with everything. They are very honest they are easy to work with, they fit you in right away. I had problems when they did my air-conditioning it went out again right away. I took it back immediately and they gave me absolutely no problem, they fixed it obviously no charge or anything. The experience went excellent, they got me in right away. Like I say no matter when I call I can get in, I never had to wait more than a day. I can usually get in at my convenience. I think they are reasonable, they are comparable with dealers that do similar work, I think they are very fair. I got their name when I first came to Charlotte almost three years ago I went on Angie's list and I got their name off Angie's list. I have not shopped around because I have been very satisfied with the service they give me. Personally I feel like they're probably as reasonable if not maybe more reasonable definitely more reasonable then going to a dealership thats for sure. Very friendly.

I left Summerfield in stunned disbelief Friday afternoon.  After calling to speak specifically speak with Trent about servicing my car.  I'm new to the area and wanted to make sure they had experience servicing BMWs.  He sounded very helpful and said he could squeeze me in on a Friday afternoon.  I was clear about what needed to be done and that my car said it was time for the oil to be changed.  After waiting about 45 minutes, another gentleman working behind the counter told me the mechanic said I needed to have a "cabin filter and brake fluid changed".  I SPECIFICALLY asked him about the oil.  He said the mechanic didn't mention the oil.  So I asked him to PLEASE double check because that was the ONLY light going off in my control panel.  Right about 5pm he tells me my car is done.  HOWEVER, I'd need to come back to have my oil changed in 1,000 miles.  Confused, I asked why.  "Well, we don't have the little machine that turns the BMW service alert off."  I asked why they wouldn't just CHANGE the oil and I could come back to have the light turned off when it's convenient.  He said the mechanic told him my car didn't need it for another 1,000 miles.  Again, "why wouldn't you just change the oil so I don't have to worry about it, I'm not concerned about the light, just the oil." He then said his mechanic didn't say why.  Then I asked him how much to have the oil changed and it's another $125.  I said, "you mean, I paid $212 (less $20 for Angie's list mention) today and you didn't even do what I asked you to do when I came here?!?" He told me it would take another 90-120minutes of my time to come back a second time to have them actually change my oil.  Trent was a nice enough guy, but he was gone and I had to deal with a lazy front desk guy that couldn't communicate with me nor his mechanic.  I didn't get what I came for and paid $212 for 2.5hours of my time and I STILL have to come back.  Unreal.

We have used them for years and have always found them to give excellent service. They fix the problem not just replace parts.  The car that was serviced was a 1995 Geo Prism.  We have never had a problem that caused us to be stranded.

The mechanics I dealt with were super friendly and professional.

My car was driving roughly so I called for service.  They had opening that day and I brought it in.  They took the time to give up front estimate for checkup and possible service issues.  The work was performed on time and the staff had a very friendly attitude.  I would recommend them to anyone

We've used them a couple of times. They do any cars but they have an affinity for older models. They are easy to get in touch with and they do free estimates. They will call or email the estimate. They are very good about keeping in touch with us about what is going on with the car. If they find anything that needs work, they will call and explain it and see if we want to do it now or if it is something that can wait, they will tell us. Their prices are very good and they are very professional.

They checked the car out, changed the oil, and then checked it again and the light went off. I was happy they were honest and didn't charge us for anything that wasn't needed.
