I can honestly say that I wish I could have paid Carol more for the work she did on this project and how often can you say that!!? Carol delivered the finished house on time, on budget and magnificently completed. She sacrificed holidays and weekends to oversee contractors. She went far beyond my expectations. I hesitate to say how happy I am with her efforts only because I don't want to set a precedent for future clients to be so demanding. There were many nights she went home totally frustrated, but she never showed it to the client or the vendors.

CAROL WAS VERY HANDS ON, AND EVEN HELPED ME FINISH PAINTING MY CABINETS. SHE APPLIED A GLAZE TECHNIQUE HERSELF. SHE SELECTED EXCELLENT CONTRACTORS, AND STAYED VERY INVOLVED IN THE PROCESS UNTIL COMPLETION. ALL THE CONTRACTORS WERE PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, AND COURTEOUS. THEY ALWAYS CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, VERY WELL.
