Incompetent and unprofessional. Suddath packers and loaders were subcontracted out for a move to Canada since the company my new employer hired (Atlas/AMJ Campbell) didn't have an office in my small town. Worst experience ever. They were 2-4 hours late each of the 3 days and didn't bother to let me know. Rude and dismissive. Wrapped china ok but just threw everthing else higgle-piggle in boxes (like rare books!) and didn't label anything correctly. The wonderful AMJ unloaders and unpackers on the destination end even commented on how weird and bad everything had been packed and loaded. Upon delivery I discover I have at least $4000 in damaged/missing items: 2 totally crushed bookcases, a broken plant stand and crushed rolling toolchest, Floor lamp snapped in two and more. And 5 Italian leather sofa cushions are vanished into thin air. DO.NOT.USE!!!

It was okay. I expected for a premium moving company that there would be better service than it had been. When they showed up to unload, they had hired some local men to unload the truck. I wasn’t exactly pleased with the service, but I got what I paid for. I thought they did a nice a nice job, I was just disappointed with their unloaders.

The representative said he would email us an estimate in a few days.  Three weeks later when we had not received it we called and told the receptionist that we had not received any information or a call back.  The next day we received the an email with the estimate.  The representative did not call us to apologize for the delay and did not call us to see if we had received the estimate.
If this was the type of service I received getting the estimate I was very concerned about the responsiveness, etc., prior to and during the move.
I definitely would not use or recommend.
