They are very nice. The service department is great. On communication with workers it is great. You can do it on line or you can call. I call them and they talk to me on the telephone. They don't do anything until I sign the paper.

The quality of the repair action could have been more accurate. They didn't realize I needed a part and when they ordered it they ordered the wrong part. Fortunately the car was driveable.

The service manager at Subaru South Blvd is open, honest and candid about what can and cannot be done for my 2010 Subaru Legacy. Even though I don't have an appointment, my car is quickly and efficiently worked on and I have a minimal waiting time in their nicely appointed waiting area. If my car doesn't need an item or can skate by until the next appointment, then it isn't forced on my, and I appreciate that. I would highly recommend them to keep any Subaru in tip-top condition.

Having just had a new child we were in the market for a new car that would be big enough for the child seat and then also have room for our large 140lb dog. The 2014 Subaru Forester looked like it would fit the bill but it wasn't available yet. I submitted a request over the internet to Folger Subaru and Subaru South Blvd and had 2 very different experiences. My main requirement in the car was not just that it be big enough, but that it also be a manual transmission.
Folger replied to say that the manual transmission would be a problem, he couldn't see one available at all and that I'd probably be looking at a wait of 4 months.
Matthew Carr at Subaru South Blvd replied that he wasn't exactly sure when a manual transmission would be available but he'd keep in contact with me. About 2 weeks later he replied to say that they would be expecting a manual transmission to arrive at the end of March/early April. This was great but I still wasn't sure the car would be large enough, so Matthew kept me up to date with when the first automatics were arriving so I could come in and see the car and check the size. I was given notice the car was arriving but by the time I could get to the dealership, it had already sold. There I met Chris Stone who also took my details. The next day Matthew got in touch to let me know that for a completely refundable $500 deposit I could have first reservation on the manual when it arrived so that I wouldn't miss out just in case I couldn't get to the dealership as soon as it arrived. A week later, Chris called me to say he had sourced another manual transmission that would be available sooner and was I interested. I quickly replied yes and the car was available the next day. I checked it out, perfect size and purchased it.
The only slight fault - and I can't really blame them for this - is that I maybe didn't get quite as much for my Outback as it was worth. But due to my company I did qualify for Subaru VIP pricing and therefore my negotiating power was reduced - as well as the fact that I was buying a brand new release for a car they knew I wanted.
The service I received was excellent - far better than their sister dealership and also far better than similar service I've received from all local Ford dealerships with a similar situation on the new Ford Fusion.

First time customer. Compared prices for a 2012 Outback in different configurations with several other dealers both locally and regionally. South Boulevard came in with the lowest price quotes each time. Internet Sales Manager, Todd Burgie, was very professional and very easy to deal with. Really liked the fact that the staff takes a no pressure approach and let my wife and I take our time to shop and ask questions. I would definitely recommend and use South Boulevard Subaru.
