STRICK'S LAWN CARE

They had cut my grass for a while (He was doing like 60 bucks a cut) and spoke to them about converting to the complete lawn care. They quoted me a price but told me I could keep my lawn care service (Experigreen). So, I said OK. I took everything I paid for last year and divided by 12 and suggested that price and then he totally ghosted me. I tried MULTIPLE times to get in touch with them and would not even have the business acumen to respond. So, I saw him cutting the grass next door and went outside and asked why he never responded. He said no one is gonna tell him what they will pay. I ASKED him if that amount was ok. Ridiculous. I even sold him my lawn mower for cheap and now I have no lawn service AND no lawn mower. Absolutely awful!

They do a good job and their prices are excellent. The approximate cost listed is for aeration.

Debris from bushes was left in the beds, rocks moved and not replaced, and some of the vent wells had not been done. He said he could not come back to finish the work, so he knocked $25 off of the price. From the beginning he knew that the lawn needed to be done the week of August 13. I even wrote it on the invoice when I paid for the gutters, etc. When he had not shown up by Wed 8/15, I called his office and cell. None of my 6 calls over the next week were returned, and the lawn was never done. He answered his cell today 8/28. Apparently he was on vacation that week. He did not tell me that he would be away, and did not make other arrangements. He told me that he would no longer be able to do yards on my side of town, and that since I was not happy with his performance, it was best that he not do my yard. I told him that he should have called so that I could have found someone else. David is a nice guy, but a lousy businessman who only does fair yard work.

I'm am happy with them. They've been doing my lawn for a couple of years. They bill me monthly.
