 + -1 moreWe are having a problem with the grout. I contacted him in March and he told me he would take care of it but he never did. He told me the grout had no warranty on it, which is a lie. According to the construction contract, it says hardscape workmanship warranty up to 2 years. Materials have a warranty for as long as I own the home. On June 5th, I told him I would report him to the BBB. He responded on June 8th stating he would be by this week. He has not showed up. I emailed him June 10th and 11th with no response.
