Not much to tell I had clean carpets. He got some spots out that I could not. He did the work, cleaned up and left. It was a good experience.

He came exactly on time and got right to work. He cleaned a large number of chairs, couches quickly efficiently. He was right on estimate. I was very pleased with his work. He got stains out of the carpets that I had worked on for months. Very pleased with his work and the entire experience.

Steve cleaned a large aubusson rug, three wool rugs in the living room, a wool runner in the breakfast room and a wool rug in the kitchen. He then went outside and cleaned the seats, carpets and rugs in my vehicle. As a bonus, he threw in a car wash! I had just purchased the aubusson second-hand, and the nap is now raised and the rug is clean smelling. The other rugs look virtually new. I am extremely pleased with my car. It is 10 years old and the upholstery had never been cleaned. It is amazing how much better it looks and how much more appealing and satisfying it is to have other people in my car. I don't have to be embarrassed!

After our initial contact, we had to reschedule several times. Steve's Carpet Care was very accommodating to the changes. Steve called several days before our appointment to check in and called again the morning of the appointment to verify that he was on the way. He had to spend quite a bit of time on the recliners as they are heavily used and were quite soiled. They look so much better! The couch gets less use and as a result, it looks NEW again! We had a numerous stains on the stairway treads, and Steve was able to remove every one. In the master bedroom, there were two really bad stains I had worked on several times; Steve was able to remove both of those. I was ready to replace the master bedroom carpet, but it looks so much better, we will be able to put that off for at least another year. We are very happy with every aspect of Steve's work. We are planning to schedule cleaning more often as it is a great way to freshen our home and give our spirits a lift!

Steve was able to remove a number of pet stains and various stains caused by our grandchildren. His business advertises honesty and integrity, and we found that to be true. He scheduled the work at our convenience, arrived on time, and did a wonderful job on the carpet. We have decided to call him back to do the upstairs carpet and the upholstered furniture. We have also recommended him to family members and friends.
