On price, they are all expensive. On punctuality, I didn't have to wait too long. On interaction with the animal, they were very good. It was great because they have one waiting room for cats and one waiting room for dogs.

I would give them higher than an A+. Amen! Yes I will use them again!

He is itching. He has some kind of allergies. We have a havanese and a shorkie poo. We have been using them for several years.

I called in ahead of time and they have the medicine ready for me. They keep very good records.

They mostly confirmed cancer diagnosis and other sorts of things, generally in the last 2 to 4 months for most of my elderly cats. I keep going back there when I need to.

The visit was pretty good. The veterinarians and vet techs were pretty good with the animals.

I feel like all the doctors are highly trained and knowledgeable. The one thing that I like, is that they will spend the time that they need with you, because you don't know if there is anything wrong with your pet, and they explain everything so I understand what is going on. They spend time with you, so they don't always get to their next appointment at that specific time. If something comes up for them not being able to be with me at your appointment time, I understand it. Their professionalism is top notch.

Doctors and staff provided excellent care and services. Follow up visits when we had concerns were prompt and were followed up with calls to our home to be sure all was well. We love the doctors and staff and will always take our sweet babies to them for all their medical needs.

This was our first time using this vet. We took him here, after reading the reviews on Angie's list, as well, as the distance it was near our home. My cat was limping and meowing in pain the day before our trip out of town, so we looked up on angieslist.com, and found this place. The vet was a specialized vet, and was very thorough in examining our cat. She said that she needed to do further palpations on his front paws, and do some x rays, and would call us back at 1 pm, and to leave him there. I waited at 1 pm, and she did not call, so I called them myself, and she said that she was looking at the radiologist report, and said that his paws may have been subluxed, (the radius and ulna), on both paws. She said she would have to get back with me, for more consult, and call around 4 pm. Once again, I waited for her call and she did not call back, until I called after 4:30pm. And she told me that she was in a doctor's meeting and couldn't call back, so I understand that issue. I decided to have my husband pick up my cat, and she left us with some medicine, and a large bill. At least its the largest bill we've ever faced, since having our cat, and are new to owning an elderly cat. She said she would call us again while on our trip, to get a more accurate consult from the radiologist. They did call us, and left us a message, and said that the x rays are normal, and that it was just the placement of his paws when they took the x rays, that caused the x ray to look like the bones were subluxed. Luckily they weren't. We still do not know the cause of the problem, so maybe this review is too early to write, but as of now, his pain meds are helping and he's more himself. We still have ten more days of medicine, and will see if the issue is cured, otherwise, we may go back to this vet, or find another one.

We have been patients of SCAH for over 15 years. They are excellent! The office staff is very friendly and welcoming. The veterinarians are professional, compassionate and extremely knowledgable. If thy don't know something, they find out and get back to you very promptly. I have a greyhound and they have unique medical idiosyncrasies. They listened and learned about these things that are not typical as compared to other breeds of dogs. I have also had to make the difficult decision of when to say goodbye to my fur babies. During the very difficult time, the veterinary team was very compassionate and allowed my husband and I to take as much time as we needed during those last moments. One vet, Dr. McNamee even came in late Saturday evening after they were closed so that we would not have to wait until they opened on Monday, and cause continued suffering of our baby. I highly recommend SCAH !!!!

I dropped him off in the morning because I had to work and the vet appointment was 10am. I got a call around 1:30 with an update that all went well.

I first found this company as a result of taking my dog to the vet and finding that he had diabetes. This was back in October of 2011. Since that time, we've been many times. Steele Creek Animal Hospital is a complete team of specialists who are very knowledgeable, compassionate, and they seem that they generally like your pet.
It starts with the people at the counter who are always professional and nice. The ones that I see frequently know my dog's name and some of his history. When I take my dog in for an appointment, I'm usually greeted by one of the vet's technicians, usually the same one. It's rare, though, to see the doctor, which is a small downside, but the technicians certainly know what they are doing.
My dog has had cataract surgery and it went well, with the ophthalmologist giving me the pros/cons of the surgery, the front desk people giving me a good estimate, and the best part of all, my dog came through the surgery just fine.
I continue to use them because I believe that my dog is getting the best care possible. They, most certainly, are not the lowest price provider, to be sure, but I think that they are the best care provider that I've seen.
The only thing that I would change would be to have the actual vets to have a little more interaction with the clients. Perhaps it is just my vet, Dr. Jaeger, that is a bit mysterious. I don't know about the others.

We are new to the area and have two dogs with lengthy medical history. The assistant and the vet were very thourough and were very good with the dogs. The vet took the time to review the charts and called me later in the day to clarify a few points. I was very inpressed overall.

We have been with this vet clinic for 5 years and counting. Our dogs range in age from 12 to 2. We have two dogs with a chronic illness, our oldest boy went through treatment for heartworm disease at this clinic when he was just our foster dog, and our youngest boy has been a patient here since he was 10 weeks old. Our vet, Dr. Hutmaker, listens to our concerns and thoughts, researches if she does not have a ready answer, and gets back to us promptly. One of the best things about her is her willingness to seek another opinion on our behalf. She is skilled and knowledgable and it is obvious she loves animals.
If you have questions about the and quot;Band quot; rating on cost, please let me say that vet care these days is expensive in any case, and there are many vets in Charlotte that charge much higher prices without the care and concern for their patients that Steele Creek shows.

Overall, in one word, WONDERFUL!

I really like them. They are very careful with my cat, they treat her very gently, and they do not get real upset when she bites. I chose them because of their location; they are very close by.

They checked what was wrong with our dog and put him on medication. He is probably seven years old. He had jumped and pulled a muscle. He is fine now. They spend a good bit of time with our animals. We actually switched to them from our other vets because the others were not treating our pets well. I think their prices are comparable to that of everybody else.

My overall experience was very pleasant. Her prices seem to be reasonable. I was glad she didn't want to overmedicate my dog.
