CREW THAT WAS ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED DIDN'T SHOW UP. WHEN I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHERE THEY WERE, ANOTHER CREW WAS DISPATCHED THAT ARRIVED WITHIN 10 MINUTES, WHICH WAS GREAT.

VENT CLEANING WAS EXCELLENT. COMMUNICATION BEFORE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, BUT FOLLOW-THROUGH ON TWO REMAINING FILTERS TO BE DELIVERED WAS POOR.
