They used to be closer, but they moved far away. I like them. I don't know about the price for anyone else. Everyone is pretty expensive these days.

The charge depends on what they do, it’s anywhere from $150 to $250, in that range. We have two cats. The vet interacts very well with my cats. We make an appointment and the wait time is 5 to 10 minutes at the most. The waiting room is nice and clean.

Everything went great with our cats. We've used Dr. Cooper for all of our pets and wouldn't take any of them to another vet.

I will keep using them.

I took my 13-year-old basset hound in because she was drinking and urinating excessively and I was afraid she was either diabetic or suffering from kidney problems. Rather than the wonderful, caring service other
reviewers have written about at this vet (and which we have received before from Dr. Cooper but no other vet at the same location), the dog and I got the and quot;let's run as many tests as we can before we even talk to you for more than a minuteand quot; approach. The vet was an agitated, scattered woman I've never seen there before. She seemed to have ADD or something, talking about all kinds of things that were completely irrelevant to
my dog's case. The results of the tests (which were completed in what I considered a suspiciously short amount of time), were and quot;inconclusive,and quot; so she still had no idea what my dog's problem was. And that was that. Thank you and come again, that will be more than $150, please -- for absolutely nothing except a frustrating waste of time. I consider this last vet experience I had at St Francis to be semi-fraudulent. I took my dog to another vet the next day. They ran one test, found the problem, prescribed a specific medication, and the problem was gone in four or five days. Never, ever again will I trust a pet to this half-baked outfit.

I will never use anybody but Dr. Cooper. He is the only vet we will use. He provides a personal touch and our dog was extremely comfortable being seen by Dr. Cooper. Scheduling was extremely easy and Dr. Cooper offers early morning hours. They have a friendly staff.

They've been our veterinarian for 8 years. We've had service from them for taking care of animals in terms of immunizations and such. They've been very good. They're fine. They're good people. They're very caring with our concerns with the welfare of the dog and our pets. I don't have anything bad to say about them. We have no problem at all.

Their price was reasonable. They boarded my dog, and gave him all the shots. It's an efficient clinic!

They are extremely good. I love my veterinarians. The doctor's name is Dr. Cooper. I had to pay a lot because I have three dogs.

Everybody there is real nice, good with animals, good with the routine stuff, and have helped us out with unusual stuff as well.

The price included six months supply of food and medications for our cat. It is a very caring practice. We like that they have separate rooms for dogs and cats. My cat appreciates that. They do a great job and are very caring.

I spent $160 on the last visit there. I like that the veterinarian is very caring. The people that works there are all very good and they always remember me and my dogs. I lost two dogs in the past year and they were very good about that. I have nothing but good to say about them. The staff there is all fine. They have done examinations and diagnoses and I have used them occasionally for bathing of my pet. They also do animal boarding, but I don't board my dogs.

Nothing out of the ordinary

Great. Not only are they professional and responsive, but, their rates are very reasonable and they saved us about 50% compared to what our previous (local Charlotte based) veterinarian charged. Can't beat that combination!

Nathan has visited Dr. Cooper many times for this and other problems. The doctor always greets him warmly, treats him gently given his age and gives me as much information as a request.

They are great! We had two that we had to put down in December and they were great during that. We have really enjoyed working with them.

The appointment was quick and painless. The staff seems to really love animals and to be experienced in how to handle them. My cat and I were happy with the visit.

My dog was a bit woozy when I first brought him home, but all work was done as promised and he is fine now.

SMALL ANIMAL HOSPITAL WITH FRIENDLY, COMPETENT STAFF. THEY HAVE CARED FOR MY DOGS and CATS FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THEY CLEARLY LOVE ANIMALS, AND ARE GENTLE WITH THEM. ONE OF MY DOGS IS SUCH A WIMP, SHE FREAKS AT THE VET. HOWEVER, THEY NEVER FAIL TO BE PATIENT AND EXTRA-GENTLE WITH HER. WHEN SHE WAS SPAYED, THEY ACCOMMODATED MY MOTHERLY REQUEST TO GIVE HER A TRANQUILIZER BEFORE THE SURGERY, AND ALLOWED ME TO HOLD HER UNTIL SHE DID NOT CARE ANY MORE. THEN SHE WENT TO SURGERY. I TOOK HER HOME THE SAME DAY, WHICH IS UNUSUAL, BUT THEY KNEW I WOULD PAMPER HER. THAT MADE THE PROCEDURE MUCH LESS TRAUMATIC TO MY SPOILED PRINCESS. I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO USE THIS CLINIC.

THE STAFF IS VERY POLITE. HOWEVER, I AM CONCERNED ABOUT THE PROFESSIONALISM AND SKILLSET OF THE DOCTORS. NO MATTER HOW GREAT THE STAFF IS, YOU ULTIMATELY PAY FOR THE SKILL OF THE DOCTORS. IN MY CASE, THOSE SKILLS WERE QUESTIONABLE.

EXCELLENT, FRIENDLY AND PROMPT SERVICE FROM ALL STAFF. QUICKLY DIAGNOSED RARE DISEASE AND TREATED APPROPRIATELY. CALLED OUR HOME TO CHECK HOW PATIENT WAS DOING. HELPED FIND LOWEST COST PRESCRIPTIONS FOR LONG TERM CARE.

BILL IS A VERY CARING AND GENTLE VETRINARIAN. THE FACILITIES ARE CLEAN. I'VE USED HIM SINCE HE FIRST WORKED AT LONGS VET.
