Chris Earl is the owner and he provided customer service excellence. They far exceeded my expectations and they stand behind their work. I called them back one time to look at an area I had questions about and they were back out the next day.Their prices were reasonable and I would highly recommend them. I would definitely hire them again.

Overall it went very well. They were unable to get a couple orange stains out of my driveway which was my only complaint. Apparently it is in the mix of the cement so he did not finish the job to make sure my driveway would stay usable.

It was fine.  I don't have any bad opinions of them, they did a fine job.  Overall the job was good. They did what I asked and the price was fair.  They were fair, the owner was a little slow in getting back to me, but eventually we were able to work on something that agreed with us.  They were a little slow to respond.

He did a fabulous job on the house! They were quick, efficient and punctual. I would absolutely use them again. I had a slight issue with the driveway, I told Chris about it and he had someone come out immediately and address the concern.

The service was great. They showed up on time and did everything they were supposed to do. My house looks fabulous. They got rid of all the mold.

He finished the work in 2.5 hours and we were pleased with the outcome, though surprised that it only took 2.5 hours which makes their labor rate $180./hour.  That seems pricey considering it's not a high skill level job.

They did a pretty good job. They are our next-door neighbour, so the proximity is convenient. If you refer someone to them, they give you a discount in their next service, so that's nice. They stand by their quality, if you have any questions about something they are forthcoming  and helpful in making up for quality.

I was really under the gun with the time frame.  He came and gave me the quote, and he was doing the work the next day.  I was under a time crunch, and he was very responsive.

Excellent, professional experience.  Great job and worth the cost as my roof has a steep pitch and I need someone fully qualified and insured working on it.  Will definitely call SparkleWash again!

Quick estimate, met agreed upon work schedule, crew was skilled and professional.  I am a bit particular about workmanship and they responded immediately to my suggestions.  Payment was not expected until I was fully satisfied. 

I would definitely hire again.

When we called Louis Pinto from Louie's Home Repair for power washing, he partnered with Sparklewash to get the job done.  Louis said that he would be around while the work was done but couldn't make it after all other than to pick up the check a few hours after the work was done.

Sparklewash supposedly uses an environmentally-friendly bleach solution which is important.

I was told that the windows might look streaky but they look fine; possibly better than before.

He arrived at 9 a.m. and left at 10:30. The green mold on the brick is gone and the house looks nice and cleaner.

I think the price is high but seems to be around the going rate for the square footage.  However, considering that it was only a 2.5-hour service, it's a lot of money.  Perhaps we could have gotten a discounted rate (coupon) if we went directly with this service.

They were professional and did a good job.

It went very well. They had 2 guys doing the job. One did the roof first while the other guy started on the deck. After the guy did the deck he started on the gutters and soffits. After the guy finished on the roof he helped the other guy with the gutters and soffits. They finished in about 4 hours with no breaks. They power washed off the dirt the driveway that came off and soaked down landscaping as they went along.

I felt that their prices were very fair. While they were on my roof they also noticed a repair that needed to be done and referred me to someone who was able to come out and fix it for me. I will defiantly use them again and have even recommend them to others as well. The deck total was $950 and the roof and stucco were $425 a piece; I have a large home.
