Southern Land responded to my enquiry the same day. They showed up the next day and let me know the exact time they would arrive. Aerification and overseeding is needed but not appropriate at this time since pre-emergence was just applied. Had them spread weed killer over entire yard and will look at aerification and seeding possibly in late April.

They were really great! They took the time to listen to everything that I needed and why I needed it. They made sure they picked the right type of bushes to help with privacy AND made them aesthetically pleasing for us to look at. It was very painless to work with them. I never once felt uncomfortable around them when asking them to fix things.
