Services we offer
We are an all-inclusive landscape company that covers any and all work possibly needed to maintain and/or improve your yard. Beyond simple maintenance, give us a call for an estimate and A Service You Can Trust, irrigation, patios and retaining walls, plant/sod installs, tree work, water/drainage issues and much more! If you have a problem with your current yard or you visualize something better, we also do blueprint design work

Greyson and Southern Cut Landscaping did a horrible job for us. The sod and some of the shrubs they installed looked distressed upon installation. Two weeks later, half our sod is dead. You can see from the pictures, they didnt put down top soil below the sod. That is evidenced by the rocks on and near the sod. We had to wait too long for the sod because apparently their warehouse got robbed and their equipment was stolen. Oddly enough, this was not in the news. We specifically asked for them not to have the mulch touch our garage. Why ruin a new paint job like that? We asked them to make a mulch walkway with rocks on the border of the walkway. They did not concrete the rocks together. They claimed to come fix it, but they only took care of some of this. The artificial turf they put down is not really secured to the ground, as you can see from the picture of me pulling it up. Overall, I don't know if I would trust him to mow my lawn at this point. We will have to spend a lot of money to fix his poor worksmanship. He did have a good subcontractor paint our house and fix out fence though. I would just go to him directly and not deal with Greyson. We were told many times he would come by and most often he did not show up when he said he would. Worst contracting experience we have ever had.

"[Member Name Removed], We do appreciate the feedback, we strive to put out a great product for all our clients. Unfortunately, the you weren't happy with some of our work and we'd like to address that. Yes, a couple things needed to be buttoned up and we were happy to do so. However, we sent a crew a total of three times and the first two times no key was left to take care of the issue in a timely manner. The sod/plants were delivered in good condition and installed appropriately. Before ending the project, we set up a sprinkler with instructions that the back half of the sod needed to be hand watered along with the plants. In your review, you attest that half the sod is dead, which would be the back portion that needed to be hand watered. With it being as hot as it's been and the stretch of no rain, tall-fescue sod and newly installed plants need a good amount of water to get rooted in the ground. Again, we do apologize for our mistakes but we feel that your review is slightly inaccurate to the events that occurred and doesn't give a full explanation of why somethings turned out the way they did. The project went very well. They worked with my schedule by breaking up the project into phases covering several months until finished. The project manager, Greyson Oxidine, was very thorough and communicated ideas and scheduling in a timely and professional manner. He took time to listen and to suggest plans. He and his team of landscapers were always dependable and polite. They worked hard and always explained and answered any questions or concerns that my husband or I had. We are very pleased with the end result . Would hire again and highly recommend.

The team did a great job. Everyone worked efficiently and got the projects done on time. The Landscaping required a lot of time and the team was super responsive when getting things on the schedule. Will definitely be using Southern Cut in the future for our new homes!

Crew showed up on time and worked hard. Very knowledgeable and respectful. Southern cut went above and beyond. We now have the back yard of our dreams. Lindsey was very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

The installation of a bed of river rock and border wall was installed to slow down and disperse the flow of rain runoff. Lindsey Johnston designed the solution. His crew completed the installation and cleanup in a timely and professional manner. This project has stopped the erosion and muddy mess that was there. I can now grow grass in the affected area.
