Jeff showed up this morning and cleaned and protected all of my home. Professional efficient and friendly. Work performed was excellent and completed within an hour. I would highly recommended their service again and can't say enough of good things about them. Thanks for a job well done and my carpets look new once again!

Jeff came and cleaned our sofas almost a year ago, and while I wasn't real happy with his and quot;bedside mannerand quot;, he was available to come rather quickly and did a decent job on them; so when I needed someone to come right away to clean two carpet areas and no one else could fit us in within our time frame, I called on Jeff again. He was able to get here when I needed him, which was a plus, however, his and quot;bedside mannerand quot; hadn't improved. He is all business and in a hurry to get the job done and out to his next appointment. This is not a problem, he just comes across as a little stand-offish. Anyway, in one room where our dog has urinated, we knew the stains may not come up, but when asked to go over them again he seemed a little put off and said, and quot;they won't come up, but I can go over again, but they won't come up.and quot; I told him that yes, I would like him to go over them again, which he did but again mentioned that they wouldn't come up. He said they weren't urine stains due to the discoloration of the carpet and became a little argumentative when I assured him that that is exactly what they were. Anyway, the stains are still here and even after he used the deodorizer, we can still smell urine.
Upon leaving, he dumped his dirty water in our yard, WITHOUT asking and left the remains of dirt, hair and debris behind leaving us to clean it up. Needless to say, my husband was not happy about that when he came home.
We will not be using this company in the future.

We were very pleased as was expected. We had dog stains and odors that Jeff completely eliminated. Rugs and carpets looked new and fresh..

He is absolutely wonderful. It was great. He is an individual and he works for himself. He has one other guy that works for him. I know him really well and he is awesome. He is friendly, professional and gets the job done in a timely manner. He comes when he says he will or he calls and tells me that he will be late. His prices are average; they are a little bit high. I will absolutely use him again.

Jeff showed up at the end of his two-hour window, but called in advance to tell me he might be a bit later than planned because of additional services requested by the client before me. I appreciated being given a revised arrival time. My husband and I had cleared out most of the furniture in the rooms to be cleaned. Jeff did us the favor of putting the sleigh bed frame on blocks to protect the wooden legs. Jeff worked quickly and efficiently, explaining the need for heavier steam on the traffic areas to restore the nap, and recommending a box fan to speed up the drying time. (If you plan to have your carpets cleaned, get your box fan(s) out of the closet before you pile all the furniture in front of the closets!) Our carpet looks much better after the cleaning. As owner of Southern Comfort Steam Cleaning, Jeff does all his own work and is conscientious about the quality of the job he does. I felt confident that he would treat my carpet like it was his own. (He also gave me a recipe for a crockpot beef roast that sounds great.) Thanks, Jeff.

Jeff is fast and efficient. He showed me the amount of dirt he was getting up. My carpets look brand new. You definitely get what you pay for with his service. He called me to confirm the appointment and then again today before he came to let me know when he would arrive. Jeff quoted me a price before he began, explained the service and did a great job. I now have his magnet on my refrigerator and will use him again.

Jeff and his partner arrived exactly as promised and got right to work. Very professional and the cleaning was excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Kenny was on time friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't have a large area but my carpet looks amazing now.

Was able to make the appointment for the day I requested and Jeff gave
me an estimate over the phone. He called before our appointment time
and said he could come early if that was OK with me-which it was.
He and his assistant were very friendly, professional and honest about some of the carpet stains.
He made some recommendations about putting a sealant on the carpets and furniture but did not
pressure me to purchase.
Cleaned carpets in two rooms and the upholstery on two chairs. He also cleaned a
small area carpet and two pillows at no charge. Carpet looks great and
the chairs look brand new. I will definitely use them again.

Overall my experience with Southern Comfort Steam Cleaning was wonderful

The owner of the company came out right away to give us his opinion as to whether or not they could get rid of the dark lines that had formed on the carpeting next to the baseboards. He was prompt and curtious and after looking at the situation told us that he honestly didn't think it would all come out. He said he would rather and quot;passand quot; on the job rather that have an unsatisfied customer if I thought that it would all be like new. He did tell us that he believed he could make a marked improvement on the lines. I had him give it a try and it came out looking so much better than it was. He was right in that it didn't come all the way out. He worked on the areas for over 2 1/2 hours ! The rest of the carpets looked great, especially the stairs and my dark lines are much less noticable.
Try this guy out. He is fair and honest and works hard to get it right, not just someone who comes in, sprays some liquid, then vacuums the room and says he's done without even trying to get the tough stuff out.
I will use his service again and will refer him to my neighbors and friends!

They were very professional. The owner of the company came out. They did a really good job. The price was a little high. The owner was very truthful. They were very detailed. They got the job done right the first time.

The pet stains were old and the smell did not completely go away. But I am very pleased with the overall result. Jeff has cleaned carpets for me before. He is a nice, polite young man and he is very accessible at the last minute!

He takes all the pet stains out which we cannot take. He is professional, punctual and very responsive. His pricing is very reasonable as well. The quality of his work is good and I have been satisfied with his service.

JOB 1: JEFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, REASONABLY PRICED AND FAST. HE WAS ON TIME AND FINISHED IN NO TIME (30 MINUTES). HE DID A FANTASTIC JOB AND I WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN.
