We renewed the contract. However, shortly after doing so, we sold our house and are moving out of state. I have called the office 4 times. 3 times I spoke with a lady explaining our situation ( we signed an annual contract in April, 2021, but we would be moving in June.) I cancelled our contract in June. My question was whether or not we would be getting a refund for the months we would no longer be living here. Eveytime the lady said she would have her mgr. call me. He never has. The third call (of four calls), I had to leave a voice msg. Again I went into detail of our situation. The last time I spoke with the lady was earlier this week (July 5 or 6). I told her the manager needed to call me and , again, why. I said I was very dissatisfied with his lack to response, and that I would take to social media and the BBB to inform others of my experience with them. I still have not heard anything from the mgr. I believe he owes us money for the 10 months, out of the 12 month contract, we will no longer be owners of this house.

I won't use anybody. It's fair price, efficient.

Tim and his crew did a wonder job . It was hard work and they left the property the way they found it.

Tim arrived on time, rang the doorbell, explained what he was going to do, then when done he rang the doorbell and explained the results.

We received prompt and professional service on site, as well as on the phone. Our insect problem was addressed immediately.

He's reliable and goes above and beyond. He gives very helpful tips. We've been using him for years. He's very considerate. He knows what we want at this point and he will call and check in on us, which we appreciate.

I pay $40 monthly. They are professional and do a good job.

We simply have no issues with Southeastern. They provide the service advertised at a price that easily beats competition. They are always friendly, on time, and effective.

If we need them in between the treatment, they come out and do the work for example we had a squirrel in the fireplace, we called them and they came out the next day. Similarly we have used them when we had the white nest and the yellow jacket nest and we couldn't remove them. They have the same technician coming out every month so it's good. Their prices are cheaper than lot of other places.

They are always very prompt in both showing up on time and calling if they are running late. They have very reasonable prices. The gentleman are very friendly and courteous. They always send out the same guy and he is always consistent in showing up at the same time and doing the same routine each time.

They are very friendly when they where there working. They are very professional about the job. They always show up on time to do the work for me.

IT IS TOO DIFFICULT TO GET THEM TO SHOW UP AND THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE AT ALL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR USE THEM AGAIN.

JOE GAITHER, JR. CALLED WHEN HIS RECEPTIONIST SAID HE WOULD CALL. HE SHOWED UP WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. I ASKED 1,001 QUESTIONS ABOUT TERMITES and OTHER PESTS - HE WAS QUITE HAPPY TO EDUCATE ME. THE INSPECTION WAS FREE.
