My experience with Signature Waste was marked by significant challenges, which I believe are worth sharing. Over a month, their failure to collect trash, despite clear receptacle positioning, led to considerable inconvenience. Despite these containers being clearly placed by the street, the company's representatives claimed otherwise. The issue persisted despite photographic evidence and discussions with a manager, Stuart, who promised resolution but Signature Waste’s employees failed to deliver. A further encounter with another manager, Angela, was concerning, marked by dismissive behavior and lack of concern for negative feedback. This disregard for customer experiences personally left a negative impression. I share this not to vilify but to inform potential customers about my experience and help you to make an informed decision. It is paramount for a service provider to value reliable service and respectful communication. I called them once when I found out that the garbage were not put out and they actually came and picked it up and were nice about it, no extra charge.
