 + -1 moreThe service from Shrub Doctor was just okay for me. We don't have to pay them anything unless they do something. I would rate them an 8 between 1 and 10. I would have liked to see them more and I would have liked them to have done more. They are organic and I think organic costs a little bit more. When he was here, the quality was good, it was pretty good. I never really complained about anything. I wish that they would be here more often and that is all. I have called them about the grass and they haven't come out. They come out when they say they are going to come out. The professionalism is very good.
Description of Work: They have been here 3 or probably at least 2 times. He sprayed the trees and the shrubs. He gave me advice. He treats the trees. They do our yard too.

 + 0 moreI would recommend them highly. He is very knowledgeable. They use an organic product and it makes the growing of the shrubs a lot better. You don't need to water as much with this product. Looking at my shrubbery and comparing it to my neighbors I can see that my shrubs are fairing a lot better even in the drought though I've watered them less than my neighbors have. I will continue to use his services.
