Originally spoke with Brian from ShelfGenie. He's basically owns the Charlotte franchise. Very good guy. Turned up on time, very polite and with a great attention to detail.
I showed him what was (to be fair) a quite modest job, but he spent time explaining my options and gave the job a full assessment.
He measured up and provided a timeline when I could expect his carpenter/installer to visit.
On that date, I met with a ShelfGenie engineer who worked very quickly and efficiently to do the install. Great work.
Visitors to my kitchen all ask about the particular cupboard as it really is a good use of a small space.
Considering further work this coming Summer.

At the completion of our projects and prior to final payment being collected, clients are given a checklist to document their experience. If they feel as if we have not delivered as promised, then we would hope the client would answer honestly and contact me directly as offered on the checklist. Tried to reach the sales rep day of installation. Still have not heard back from her.
No calls from anyone after installation to see if we were satisfied, etc.
It wasn't that they were bad. I just don't believe we'd use them again.
