Unbeknownst to me, the roots from a tree had punctured my sewer main and had grown a large root system within the pipe. After several days of trying to clear the back-up line myself, which I had always been able to do in the past, I finally gave in a called a plumber. Sewer Shark responded quickly and discovered the problem quickly and cleared the line with their hydrojet process. Chris informed me that this was just a temporary fix and that to do a more permanent solution that I would need to have this part of the sewer main replaced, which I later hired him to do. Is Sewer Shark the cheapest plumber around? No. Are they the best and with the best equipment to diagnose and fix the problem? Yes, and well worth the extra cost to know that it is done correctly.
