From the initial call Peter provided excellent customer service, during the final visit he was understanding and treated me like I was his only customer. Sarah and Reba treated me like a valued customer and they were a breath of fresh air during a time of chaos. Each call from and to Jennifer was pleasant, caring and professional! Excellent, courteous, and great customer service!!!! I highly recommend SERVPRO.

My fridge had leaked all night and left me with a lot of water damage. Servpro promptly came out to assess the damage and start the drying process. They were professional and very courteous! They put the appliance company to shame with how much they wanted to help me! They truly bent over backwards for me in every way! I would definitely call them again in a skinny minute!

It was actually a very easy process for us because Servpro did everything that had to be done they were very helpful and very understandable of the situation, also they were very knowledgeable on what had to be thrown away and wasn't what was not safe for us since we have children. They gave us great advice on how to sanitize all of our children's toys and current items. I am very pleased with their work.

Basically at the end of the meeting with Servpro - we were told that there really wasn't much they could do because the leak was so small and they didn't want to overcharge by digging a hole in the ceiling when their was no moisture in the walls. We really appreciate them coming out to inspect at no charge and giving good advice to boot. If we ever had a problem again, I would gladly call them!
