Every time they come out, they couldn't repair it. They had to come out, look at it, and order the parts and then come back. Sometimes I had to take off from work. I was losing money. They finally came out for the fourth time and they completed just about everything, but my ice maker that was working is no longer working. I only had to pay my trade fee which was $125 because it was under my home warranty. The worst part of it is not being able to get service on a weekend. I always have to wait for them to come, wait for the part, and then wait for them to come back again. I only had to pay my trade fee one time. It's something that they didn't do right so they had to come back. It was good quality for what I understand about the maker of the model of the refrigerator. It was pretty good. The most I had to wait was about a week after calling them. I would use them again until I get a new refrigerator.

I noticed immediately he didn't have any experience. He said something must be wrong in the oven. He diagnosed and said we needed a new panel so he ordered one and it was the wrong one. The next time we went out we had a different service man and he said everything would be covered by our warranty. We will find out how it all turns out next week.

I was very pleased with the service. Technician was on time. Did thorough overview of washer and dryer. I know he did a thorough job because he discovered a dead bird in my duct work which had a tear. He called the office and received permission to repair it at no cost to me. I will consider Sears for future appliance and home improvement work.

Home appliance repair. Sears gave me a 4 hour window to come and repair my washer. Between 1 and 5 so I stayed home half a day from work. They call me at 4 pm and tell me I have to reschedule. Now been on hold for 30 min. Rep said they could come tomorrow 12-5. If you have a choice don't do business with these people. Don't let them con you into buying the warranty the have no intention of servicing your machine.

The people of Sears from Charlotte are very polite and nice. They came right away and they came right on time.

In the past we have always been satisfied with Sears. In this instance, Sears identified there was a manufactering issue but claimed this was more a repair issue. The service rep and tech that came out and gave us incorrect information. It took a little while to correctly resolve, but it was ultimately cared for. We still recommend Sears repair services.

We haven't really had any major problems since then. We have protection on our washer and dryer.

It was the best warranty I could find. I wouldn't use anyone else. If I need to purchase a new appliance the first place I would go to is Sears.

They replaced the control panel on my oven. What I paid for the contract was very reasonable and the cost to fix the oven was twice as much as the contract price and them still fixed it for me.
