Scott Phillips Windows & Siding

I had Scott Phillips of Scott Phillips windows and siding charlotte come to my townhome to give me an estimate on installing energy efficient windows. A few things about townhome built in 1973 and is a middle unit .He came measured all windows and said he would call me that day true to his word he did.I was of course skeptical when he gave me the price because it was so much better than the many other companies I had come over to give me quotes.But he did explain to me he was the owner and not a high pressure salesman.By the way I had several of the high pressure salesman as well and I was happy he wasn't at all like them.We used a local window factory I read up on there windows and my concern was that I wanted the windows to be energy efficient and they were so I was very happy to use them.Also the windows took 10 days since they were custom built replacement windows. Scott was very nice he called when the windows came in and the way we set up payment was through the window company since he has an account with them.I paid for half the job and the balance upon completion of work of course directly to him. He came with a crew of 3 others he worked quickly and very hard. The windows look amazing and the trim work outside fantastic.I will keep all posted on how energy efficient these windows are.For now if you want to consider a great price for new windows you have to let Scott quote your job..Awesome experience and I will have him replace my doors as well!!!

Scott replaced 8 windows in a rental house and did a great job.  He provides a high quality window for a reasonable price.  They are professional, arriving on time, installing as promised.   He replaced all the windows in another rental house I owned last year doing a great job on that one as well.  Last year I got 4 quotes - his was not the lowest but reasonable and a good price for the quality.  The lowest price guy did one window for me previous and the quality of work & quality of window was not there.    I compared the windows he provided with the other companies & his were excellent quality (double pane, insulated, low-e glass, vinyl replacement).  In fact, they were the exact windows that 2 of the other companies quoted but a better price.  I am very pleased with the quality of work and quality of window.  I will use him again & highly recommend. 

Scott showed up quickly after I called. Quoted me the best price of the 3 companies I contacted. Gave me another house to look in the neighborhood to look at his work. Windows had to be ordered, came in within 2 weeks and he had them installed within a few days of receiving them. They were prompt, professional and did a nice job. I would definitely use him again.

The guys hauled away the old windows and cleaned up after themselves. They were easy to work with. The price of the windows was the most reasonable of all the prices I had seen from anyone. They were quality windows. I was very pleased. I would use them again and I would highly recommend them.
