Patrick did a great job. My project included: (a). moving a full truckload of top soil (about 16-18 cubic yards) from the front to the back yard using a Dingo, (b) installing seventeen 7-gallon plants and one 15-gallon tree, (c) installing metal edging around the new garden (and tree), (d) applying 60 bags of mulch and (e) seeding/fertilizing large areas where top soil was spread. Patrick picked up all the supplies from various sources and had them at the house before the day of the installation to ensure a quick completion (once the installation work started). He coordinated the delivery of the soil so it would arrive first thing in the morning on the scheduled installation day and by that afternoon (after hours of hard work) it was completely spread. Patrick did this huge project in one day and did not stop for lunch. He's one of the hardest working contractors I've personally met. His quotes itemize his labor cost and his cost on the materials (and rental) which he does not mark-up. Patrick's prices are fair. My total project was about $4,900 but, most of the cost was material (i.e., plants, soil, dingo rental, mulch, seed/fertilizer/moss, and garden edging). Patrick is a friendly, trustworthy, professional and I would use him again and recommend him.

Aeration was poorly done, missing a number of areas of the front and back. The equipment utilized did not appear to function properly. On the seeding and fertilization, it appeared that minimal amount of each was applied, causing me to buy extra seed from Lowes to possibly improve the results.

Could not have gone better. Great service, very professional and still cannot believe he took care of it the same day! I highly recommend and will certainly use them again.
