SAL'S QUALITY PAINTING & MAINTENANCE

They were very good. I would recommend them. Everything was really very beautiful. Next time I have painting I would call Sal.

Sal stripped a large deck of old stain that did not adhere properly because the prior painter had not prepped the deck properly. He sanded the deck, applied new stain, and was very meticulous to work with me to get the right color for the deck. Recommended an excellent carpenter to repair some damaged wood lattice work on the side of the deck. I am very pleased with the way the deck turned out. Even though the deck is 30 years old, it looks almost new. Sal also stripped my front cement porch where the paint was crumbling (painted fewer than two years ago) Sal made sure he tested the porch for moisture so that the would use the right product for the porch.
Sal also pressure washed a large driveway for me. This turned out well also. I was impressed with Sal's approach to my deck and front porch. As an easy solution, he could have applied more stain without bothering to prepare the surfaces, but he insisted on making the effort to do the time-consuming preparation for a favorable long-term result. This cost more than the easy solution, but will certainly be more cost effective in the long run. Also, Sal stayed in constant contact with me by phone, email, and texts to keep me posted on the times when he and his assistant would be working, the status of the work, and when the carpenter would arrive. Sal was very careful to clean up the area after each visit.
I would glady recommend Sal's Quality Painting to anyone looking for a professional who takes pride in his work and wants to do the job right. He is dependable, trust worthy, easy to work with, and does indeed do quality work.

Sal came on a weekend and gave my wife and I an estimate. We thenwent over colors. Sal provided us with color swatches. We decided on acolor and a start date was set. Sal and his associate John arrived on theagreed upon time. They were done by the end of the day. The job was doneneatly and carefully and turned out great.

The entire process went very smooth from start to finish. Saldidn't start until the weather was perfect for the outside work.The job lasted three days from start to finish - two coats done byhand on the trim and the garage door sprayed with two coats.Great hassle free job from start to finish.

Sal arrived within 5 minutes of the 9AM appointment to provide an estimate. What was unusual was that he called exactly at 9 to let us know that he'd be a few minutes late. He explained exactly what was needed to do the job and gave what we considered to be a reasonable estimate. He also suggested power washing of the exterior areas to be painted. His recommended vendor did a first class job at a very good price. Sal hand John were here for 3 days. They came on time and left the area immaculate when they were through for the day. We couldn't be more satisfied with the results.

I have used a lot of painters over the years and I am usually dissappointed. Sal's was the only painting company that has exceeded my expectations, which is not easy to do. If anyone asks me who to recommend for interior painting and there is no doubt I would recommend Sal's.

They were professional, kind and courteous. They got the job done quickly. They came when they said they would.

I used Sal before at our old house and he was the first person I called when we bought a new one. He is on time, courteous, responsible, and has great attention to detail. He is extremely good at communicating which is excellent. He was able to complete the project in the time frame that we requested. He also painted the shutters for us for free as a favor. He even did some touching up around the house in areas that we were not painting and he did not charge us for it. Sal & Misty are very good at what they do and we highly recommend them to everyone we know!

The job was too complicated for my husband to do since we wanted to stripe the living room which meant measuring and taping off the room. The ceiling was vaulted so the walls were tall and there was a lot of prep work which Sal's people did meticulously. They edged everything top and bottom perfectly. Any small areas that I pointed out that weren't perfect, Sal had touch ups done immediately and without complaint. Clean up was done completely to my satisfaction and the rooms were put back in order after being vacuumed. Sal and his crew arrived on time as scheduled, worked until the job was completed and took only 1/2 lunch breaks. Everyone was professional and did the job fast and perfect.

Sal was slightly delayed in starting the job but finished within five days and under budget. Sal came by the house a couple of days before starting the full job to apply sample colors in every room. Although I did not change my mind on the colors, I could have. Sal and crew cleaned up every night and were courteous throughout the job; even put up with the pets. I will have Sal back to paint the exterior of my home this summer.

SAL WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. I HAD NEVER HIRED A PAINTER BEFORE AND WAS A LITTLE NERVOUS ABOUT IT CONSIDERING I WANTED TO PAINT MOST OF THE FIRST FLOOR. HE CAME OUT FOR A QUOTE THE DAY AFTER I CALLED HIM AND FAXED IT THE NEXT DAY. HE WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE THE JOB LESS THAN TWO WEEKS AFTER THE ESTIMATE. HE AND HIS WIFE AND ONE WORKMAN COMPLETED THE JOB IN 3 AND A HALF DAYS. HE WAS WILLING TO WORK AROUND MY UNUSUAL WORK SCHEDULE. HE WAS NICE ABOUT THE PRESENCE OF MY DOG. EVERY DAY WHEN I CAME HOME THE HOUSE WAS EXACTLY AS I HAD LEFT IT IF NOT CLEANER. HE CAME BACK TO INSPECT AND TOUCH-UP THE DAY AFTER COMPLETION. I AM SO GLAD I HIRED HIM! THE PROCESS COULD NOT HAVE BEEN EASIER. HE DID A WONDERFUL JOB AND IS A VERY HARD WORKER. IT IS CLEAR HE AIMS TO PLEASE. HE HELPED ME MAKE FINAL DECISIONS ON COLOR AND TEXTURE OF THE PAINT.
