Excellent! I actually put in two orders - one to replace one of my car windshield due to a very large crack; the other order was to repair a chip to the other car. Two techs came out (they specialized in different items). The tech who was going to repair the chip told me to call my insurance back and that the insurance would pay 100% of the claim (they said they would come back when I re-scheduled and wouldn't charge me at all for the trip)! Great and professional service. I would use them again.

They were so nice, easy to schedule and worked quickly. However, they did something incorrectly and when it rained, water flowed into the driver and passenger side foot wells. They came right out, found andcorrected the problem, and the windshield has been perfect since.

The windshield repair went ok - but - the Safelite Tech, while driving my car, hit the door of a woman who had parked her car. He ran into her open door (it was a perpendicular impact, not a sideswipe, so, the door HAD to be open). The Safelite manager, Steve, said that I needed to "work it out" with the woman who's car was hit by my car, with the Safelite Tech, Dave, driving it. They had gone over my car with a fine-toothed comb before they had taken it into the shop to service the windshield. I had not received my keys back, the car was still in Safelite's possession when the accident occurred - with my car being driven by the Safelite Tech. Steve, the service manager, dismissed the issues caused by Safelite. Customers, beware. My $42 windshield (that was covered by my insurance, as glass only) is turning into a $500+ fiasco. I had to pay my collision deductible due to Safelite's negligence, lack of concern and general "customer is NOT right" mentality.
