It went fine. I had already replaced the guts of the old sink and the plumber told me that the sink was just old and worn out and the best bet was to replace the sink. Note: the sink was 15 years old and the guy at Lowes had told me the same thing, but I wanted to try replacing the cartridges to see if that would work-- it didn't. The plumber told me what to buy at the hardware store and so I went and bought it myself (he could've gone and picked it up, but it was cheaper for me to do it myself). He then changed out the faucet, supply lines and valves in about 30 minutes. His cost (not including the hardware that I paid for myself) was $250. I consider that reasonable for his services. That sink is now fixed and I won't have to worry about it again.

Called Roto Rooter and they sent someone immediately. The service tech was polite, professional and efficient. He did his work quickly and cleaned up. He also gave me tips on keeping the drain running freely. Great company!

Had another plumbing company look at the issue and was not given an answer. Toilets overflowed on weekend and needed immediate servicing. Roto-rooter came out and diagnosed and solved the problem (tree roots in a cracked pipe). Roots treated and clog taken care of. Estimate for future complete resolution of problem given as well.

It went very well. I called at 7 AM and they came out at 8:30 AM. They were very fast and professional and knowledgeable. They got the work done with no problems and did a better job then the people that did it the last time. Apparently the other people used bolts that were too small which allowed the seat to come loose which allowed air to dry out the wax ring. I was very happy with the work that Roto Rooter did.

He showed up on time and fixed the problem but charged $160 for 5 mins of work and no parts. Won't be using them again.

The technician providing service was Eddie - he is the best! I've had two residential plumbing issues and Eddie serviced both. He takes the time to explain what he is going to do and the details of the outcome. Roto Rooter provides excellent service value.

We were getting ready for a house full of guests for Thanksgiving. In preparation, I had a whole house plumbing checkup - showers, tubs, toilets and sinks. The plumber came on time, was very professional, and gave me options and prices. We agreed on a whole house project, and I was very satisfied. I would ask for him by name again.

Not good. First of all he said that Angie's list was a crock and he did not want to use the deal that I had purchased. I purchased the $25.00 for $75.00 worth of work. He talked with his company and he did let me use it but he charge me $215.00. I paid the $25.00 he took off $75.00 . The total cost was $290.00. I think that was way to much just to change out a kitchen faucet. I had to have him change the faucet because he put it on wrong with the on and off lever on the left side. He said whoever put it on was wrong but they were not and he did change it. Then he did not have it tighten down when he went out to write up the bill and the faucet was sideways and I had to ask him to fix it. Do not use this deal. Think he just thought he could get away with it since I am a widow. I am sure Router Rooter have better employees but this one was horrible. If you are in the Gastonia, NC area do NOT use this deal.

Sergey (7775) responded quickly and opened a clogged, backed-up main sewer drain line. He then recommended the use of a camera and other equipment (had available on his truck) to locate and determine the cause of the clog which was a fractured pipe. We agreed that the line had to be dug up and the fractured line be repaired. He returned a short while later with Vassily and the two of them dug by hand which saved me $700 in back-hoe expenses. They were able to repair the fractured section of pipe in short order, and we were up and running.

Dan Pinkerton came out to our house to fix our water leak when everyone else wouldn't come out until Monday. He was very professional and knew exactly what to do to find the leaking pipe in our front yard. He saved me from a very nerve wrecking weekend worrying about how much our water bill was going to be. I will highly recommend him to anyone having plumbing problems. He will be the only plumber I call from now on.

They came out on short notice. I called Friday afternoon around 3 pm and they came out Saturday morning. The guy was very nice. It took about 4 hours. He explained everything well. He had to turn the water off, but turned it on so we could shower. There is a year's warranty on the work. He also gave us advice on how to prevent in the future.

Everything went well. It was a last minute appointment so I appreciate their availability to do the job. Employee was professional, and arrived in a timely fashion. Price was crazy but I needed it done, that's why I wouldn't use them again. It was just too expensive.
