I was told I had a breakage in my sewer line. He even marked the spot in the bedroom where it was believed to be. I said it would cost about $5000 to fix, but that insurance would cover it. I had another company come. They showed with their camera that there was no break or blockage. It was recommended that I take a stool softener which I did and it solved a problem. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which was unresolved. Buyer Beware

Our experience was a great one for the most part. Rooter-Man was the first to contact me, follow-up, explain all of the services and quote a "job" price not an hourly price. So I knew we would pay $175 to have our kitchen drains unclogged. Turns out it was about 5 clogs in this 100 year old house in the kitchen drains and they unclogged them all. The team was nice, cleaned up after themselves, and explained everything they were doing. No shadiness here. The one downside was they were a few hours late - but that it to be expected when you cant always gauge what kind of a job you are walking into.

They did a good job. I would probably not use them again and use providers from Angie's List.

This is the second time we have had them come out to our house. Both trips were A+ quality. We were running washing machine when water gushed from downstairs commode. We were shut down until Keith came out. He was at our house last time and he remembered that trip as well as I did. Rooter-Man is in my rolodex. Hope I don't need them but if I do I will call them again. I have put an entry in my calendar to call them in 12 months to do some preventative rooting.

Robert was quick to respond. Came out Monday morning following a Saturday call. Was on the late side of the time promised (thus the slightly lower grade above) but still in the general window. Worked quickly and professionally. Cost came in exactly as quoted, and even included a discount. Have in fact used him again since for an issue at another house.

Robert was on time, professional and left the bathroom just as it was prior to his arrival. I would hire Robert again with any drain or plumbing problem.

Well I have used Rooter-Man of Charlotte in the past and was very happy with the outcome so I called them again when I noticed water under my Water Heater in the garage. It did not take long before they came out to my home and explained what the problem was (cracked lining, lucky me), anyway the tech gave me a very low estimate considering that the other companies I talked to quoted me over $1,200 to replace the Heater. So I agreed and they were done in about 2.5 hours including a free plumbing inspection after the water heater was installed. Once again...very happy!

I called and got the owner on the phone immediately. He arranged to come out to my house later that day. He told me how much it would cost before work started. Then he used an electric snake to clean out the shower drain. His Angie's List coupon saved me almost $50 on the cost of the job. He guarantees his work for 90 days. And you're working with the owner so you're getting excellent service.

The other day I was washing clothes and I heard a bubbling noise coming from the bathroom. When I looked to see what it was I saw the commode had overflowed and water was all over the floor so I called Rooter-Man thinking that it would be at least a couple hours before someone could come out. When I called I talked to Robert and he put me at ease over the phone and then to my surprise he told me that he could be here within 45 minutes. I said OK and about 30 minutes later he was knocking on the door. I showed Robert the problem and then he told me how much it would cost before he did the work. I agreed and in a short amount of time the sewer was working again. Robert then asked me if there was any other problems I was having so he could fix them while he was here and do it much cheaper than if I had to call him back to fix it later. (I think at that price he did it for free) but I cant be sure. If and when I need him again I will be sure to give him a large tip to compensate. Robert wrote up the bill and gave me a 1 year guarantee on the work. I would recommend Robert to anybody with a plumbing problem. Hes fantastic!!!!!
