I can't recommend Brian enough. He did an amazing job unclogging my sink which I thought was a huge deal, turned out it wasn't and he didn't make fun of me :) He asked if I had any other issues. I asked if he could fix my water heater which seamed not to last very long and he took care of that in about 10 minutes. He was on time, did a great job and cleaned up after himself.

The water heater was installed in March at a commercial building. He called when they were finished not thinking of going there to check the work and paying him. Recently I was there doing some maintenance and noticed the water heater did not have a drain pan under the water heater which is required by code if installed in the attic. If they didn’t have a pan there was a supply company right down the road. I called and left message but no response. Would not hire. Next step I will be calling the the state plumbing licensing board to make a formal complaint against the company.

I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of Rooker Renovations.  If you want the job done right the first time, this is the place to go.  I've used Rooker Renovations for 5+ years and the work is excellent!!!  He shows up when scheduled, the quality is superb as is the professionalism.

He's awesome. He's very punctual and very professional. He's very particular and detail oriented with his work. When he does it, you know it's done right. He doesn't cut corners. He does the very best he can do. If something comes up that isn't in the quote, he lets you know before doing it. He doesn't do something and then tell you afterwards. He's very neat. They put down drop clothes so they weren't dragging stuff in and out of my house. Cleaned up after themselves everytime they were here with a shop vac. Super polite. Very knowledgeable. I can't say enough good about him. Just a great guy.

Great he fixed a lot plumbing problems for us plus hooked up all new faucets installed a new toilet etc
Brian is very good to work with and I trust him with all he did for us. If you have a question he calls you right back. I am very impressed with Brian and his work.

It went very well. Brian listened to what we needed and provided a reasonable quote. He was patient, conscientious and everything was cleaned up. This was a long job but he was very respectful of my schedule. The final product is stunning.....much nicer than I could have ever imagined.

The price and job was good, but it just took longer than the initial estimated time of completion.

He was prompt, professional and had fair pricing. He went right in, assessed it right away, showed us exactly what was wrong and gave us a price upfront about it. He showed up either the next day of the day after and repaired it.

From start to finish Rooker Renovations took care of all the details. We only had to pick out paint colors and let his team take care of the mess for us.

Overall working with Rooker Renovations was a great experience. I got four estimates for the project, and got two that were twice as expensive and one that was close to Rooker Renovations quote. I ended up picking Rooker Renovations because he was very professional, as well as likeable. In the end, I'm glad I went with them. I am very pleased with the final product.
The whole project came within the original quote. One of my biggest fears about doing remodeling is that I heard that your budget usually explodes. With Rooker Renovations, I did not have to keep putting more money in the project. Mr. Rooker kept us informed of the different stages of construction, and the timing of when those would be done. And on top of that, Mr. Rooker cleaned up the space every night before he left! (Whether that was sweeping, vacuuming etc.) I was very impressed with this work ethic. The work space was never left in disarray, and this was throughout the project.
In the end my powder room and bonus room was converted into a Guest down suite. It looks amazing! I am very pleased with the workwanship of Rooker Renovations. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Overall, I was satisfied with Brian. Quality of work was excellent, especially for the price. Price was very reasonable and came in at or below the rest of the quotes. The only issue I had with Brian were he was at times hard to get ahold of and/or slow to respond to emails/phone calls.

I found Rooker Renovations to be professional, very responsive and service fees are appropriate. I would defnitely recommend Rooker and I will no doubt use this company again.

Brian evaluated the project and gave us an estimate promptly. He was also flexible about the scheduling, and did the rough in when it was needed. All the parts were installed properly and well. Also, we had an issue with the manufacturer of the lavatory faucets, and he was very accommodating when we had delays in getting additional parts at the very end.

Everything went well. After speaking with Brian he was able to come and give us an estimate the next day and ended up doing the work for us that day as well! He added an extension to our vent pipe in the bathroom wall so that he could move it out of the way of the medicine cabinet we were trying to insert in the wall. Process was quick and clean, would definitely use him again.

When trying to fill the bathtub Tuesday evening, there was no hot water and the water coming from the faucet was disgustingly brown and full of sediment. I called Rooker Renovations to describe the problems and to schedule an appointment. Brian came out right away, diagnosed the problem (old hot water heater had reached the end of its life) and discussed options with me. He returned first thing the following morning with a new hot water heater. It was installed, the old one removed and all debris cleaned up by 9:30 am! I am impressed with Rooker Renovations' expedience and efficiency. I highly recommend them!

Initially, I called the gas company and told them that my water heater was not working. They send somebody out and I was told that I needed a new control valve. Then I called Brian and told him what the gas company said and I asked him if he would be able to come that day to fix the water heater. He told me yes and within two hours he rang my doorbell with the control valve in hand. After he replaced the control valve and finished the job, the pilot light went out. The next day Brian come back to the house to service the water heater and all it needed was to be vacuumed throughly. I am very thankful to Brian for his hard work and dedication, my water heater is working great.

It went fine. In fact, I've recommended him to other people. His work is great. I'm satisfied with their services.

I can tell you they are very hard to reach. Their quality of work is excellent. They are very timely. It’s just that their unavailability that was very bothering.

I waited until the last minute to have this done and I only intended to replace one toilet. I called Brian about 10AM to see if he could come to my home that day to replace a faucet and toilet. Although I knew it was last minute for a same day non emergency Brian said he would call that afternoon to see if he had availability. I heard from Brian and he was able to come in the late afternoon. He arrived that afternoon at the time specified replaced the faucet quickly and was moving on to toilet number 1. Due to the completeness and speed of the work, I asked him to replace a second toilet. Old toilets and boxes were hauled away. I was very pleased with his service and professionalism.

Brian was very patient and diligent with our 45 year old bathroom renovation. He came back several times due to problems with our faucet order. He always works in a very timely and efficient manner an d always has a positive attitude! He previously did the plumbing in our kitchen renovation which was also a very good experience.
