"Hi Wolf, We're sorry after confirming shingle colors and changing them out twice, you were still unsatisfied with the end results. Sadly, shingle supply stores do not sell 20 year old shingles that match seamlessly with what is up there. We got the closest color possible and explained a patch job does not blend perfectly. Furthermore, after reaching out to fix the spots you claim to still be leaking, you refused to allow us back onto the property and have still not paid us the outstanding $4,000 invoice."
