Description of Work: I first called to have them come out on a warrenty issue on the roof they installed. Chad, the owner came out, took pictures and told me the issue was related to the siding on the chinney which had seperated and told me what was needed to repair the water issue, and gave me an estimate which included removing siding, replacing rotten wood, new siding,flashing and painting. They actually replaced 5 siding boards and painted them. When I called Chad and told him the work order and cost was severely overstated, I was told he would reduce the cost to $1250 from $1700, which was their minimum. There was never any mention of a minimum ( not on the website or workorder) until I asked for a reduction of cost. The end result was I paid $1250 for replacing 5 siding boards. After issuing a check, I had to cancel the first and issued a second one because they never said the received the first. After checking back with them for over a month, I received a call saying they found both checks in their mail box.

 + -1 moreFirst appointment set up was for the wrong date. Second appointment did not show due to illness but did not call to cancel. When we finally got together, we liked them and decided to go with them. My husband asked for a copy of their insurance. The insurance sent was not from Roof M All but from the company of the subcontractor. The insurance coverage stated on the back in fine print that we would be responsible if someone fell off the roof as their insurance coverage was way to small. We questioned this with the owner and he said he would talk to his lawyer and get back to us the following week. That call never came and several calls thereafter were not returned. I notified them this morning that I would be reporting this on Angie's List. Weeks of our time have been wasted. This was a very frustrating experience.

 + -1 moreMy insurance company said the damage was only to approximatley one-third of my roof and provided funds to cover that portion. Roof M All backed out and said they couldn't do the job with the funds the insurance company provided. I was disappointed after the time spent working with them on this that they would back out if they weren't getting funds for a full roof, I assume because it wasn't as profitable. As such, I will not go back to them or recommend them to anyone.

 + -1 moreI would highly recommend Roof M All. The communication from start to finish was great. They helped me work with my Insurance company. The day my insurance company inspected the roof, Roof M All made sure one of their supervisors was also there. Everything they said would happen, did happen. They told me when the material would be delivered, it was. The day they said the roof replacement would take place, it did. The workers did a great job of clean up, and the quality of the workmanship was superior. Hopefully I never have to do my roof again, but if I do I will call Roof M All. I have already recommended Roof M All to two of my friends. Great job Roof M All Joe Galioto

 + -1 moreI have a sense that all roofers are kinda shady. I was asked to give them the insurance quote prior to receiving an estimate. It bothers me that this kind of process ultimately increases insurance premiums overall. My sense is this roofer was similar however, I called them on that request and so they did instead provide a written estimate up front and stuck with it. They were pretty quick about replacing the roof. That included removal, wood replacement and shingle replacement. They did a pretty good job with clean up.
