Antwan (sp?) was excellent.   He arrived on time and was highly professional and friendly throughout.  I'm sure he quickly grasped  that we knew nothing about electricity, but was patient and responsive when dealling with our questions.   Roby is not cheap, but you get what you pay for and I always felt that we were getting the best.

I had a great experience using Roby. Their electrician's were professional, skilled and polite.  The office team had the same qualities.  I write this because I had an electrical issue which meant Roby had to come to my house on multiple occasions.  I was nervous about how expensive it was going to be especially since I have a 40 year old home with old wiring.  The Roby team gave me an estimate and although it took a little bit to find the issue, they kept to their estimate.  I felt like the cost was reasonable and fair for all the work and trouble shooting they had to do. Additionally, the Angie's list 2 hour coupon worked out very well to keep the cost down.  I hope not to have any more electrical issues in the future, but if so I will definitely use Roby Electric again.

The actual work went great even though it had to be rescheduled, but very pleased with the person who came out , very professional and got the job done.  We were so pleased  that we asked him to quote several projects we have in mind ( we recently moved into this house) including new lighting in office, bedroom, kitchen, under cabinet lighting in kitchen and landscaping lighting.  He took a lot of notes and said he would have it ready in a couple of days, after a week I called and they said he got busy but would get it in a day or two, long story short I called 3 or 4 times and could never get a price for something I was ready to do, so they might be too busy to do this kind of work or for some reason chose not to provide a quote. In any case a phone call or email would have been appreciated.

Great experience! I was able to take advantage of an Angie's List 2 hour labor promotion.  I had everything laid out and organized and Jacob got right to work.  Very thorough and professional.  I had a long list of issues which he worked through efficiently.  Very happy with the results.   I would highly recommend.

I purchased a $135 two hour labor special. Initially the installer arrived and had an incorrect job duty expected. He thought he was replacing an existing 220V outlet with a new outlet. When I explained that the job was to install a brand new outlet in a room in a different area of the house he looked under the house and explained the job would require an additional worker and more materials that he did not have on him. He apologized for the confusion and we set a follow-up meeting to complete the job.
The workers were scheduled to arrive between 8am and 10am. They arrived at 10:45am but did call prior to let me know they were running behind and when they would be there. This is the only reason I gave a B rating on punctuality.
The workers got right to the job figuring out the best course of action to complete the job as the house was built in 1902 with multiple attic spaces and very low clearance in the crawl space (probably 8"-12" varying). Ultimately they used teamwork to have one of the workers go as far as they could in the crawl space and fish a line outside to the electrical box where the other worker could install the new breakers and connect the wiring. They then came in through the bathtub access point and fished wires to the utility room where they installed the new outlets. The job was done quickly (90 minutes) and professionally.
I would highly recommend Roby to anyone as they are easy to work with, listened to my suggestions/concerns, and did the work to expectations.

The electrcian was very professional and answered all my questions. He was very fast and efficient an knowledgeable. He explained the services provided as well as answered my questions about power surges in my home and offered solutions. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future for any electrical needs.

He came when he said he would, he gave me honest feedback on some of the things I wanted to do, and he performed quickly and efficiently.  He talked to me about best options and how to maximize my existing electrical thingies (that's a scientific term, by the way).  I found him to be trustworthy, and I would let him (via Roby Electric) perform other work at my house.
