The crew was very efficient and knowledgeable. Our boat house had a significant number of boards that needed to be replaced to make the dock sound. This made our end cost slightly higher than the original estimate, but the crew notified us right away and showed us where they were going to have to replace the boards. We are very pleased with the end result and felt the slight overage due to the rotten boards was very fair given the number that had to be replaced. We will definitely hire Todd again the next time we need work on the dock due to his high quality work and fair prices.
Description of Work: Re-floated boat house (and removed old floats), replaced rotten boards, put in new pwc lift, removed a floating dock and an old pwc lift.

Todd makes the entire process from the permit to the construction seamless. We had a great experience and get loads of compliments on the dock! Crew is hardworking and polite.
