Very timely in responding to our initial call. Robert promptly worked us into his schedule that same week. He was very professional, completing the work quickly and neatly, even wearing shoe covers to avoid tracking in. We were very satisfied with the job.

After only a couple of uses the new light bulb over my shower went out. The other light on this circuit continued to work and fearing a loose connection called Riley and Riley. My call was returned in minutes and an appointment was scheduled for the following morning. The problem turned out to be a bad bulb and a replacement bulb worked fine. The service was prompt, courteous and the charge very reasonable. Great job by and glad I found this company on Angie's List.

phoned Mr. Riley, got firm price over phone, verified that he had a 16' a-frame ladder; made appointment; he called just before appointed time to let us know he was few minutes behind; Mr. Riley arrived in short order, had equipment, tools, helper. Riley is neat, pleasant, competent. He did the work, got paid, and everything is as it should be......we would call him anytime we have electrical issues. .the end

Look no further.. Robert Riley is your man! He was extremely professional and kind. He diagnosed and repaired our mysterious electrical problem and we could not have been happier with his service. We will definitely recommend Riley and Riley and call for any future electical needs. Nice to know we now have an electrcian we can count on! Thank you Robert and thank you Angie's List!

We had these guys quote us on one job and it eventually turned out that we didn't need that work done after all. So, when I found a smaller job that I needed to be done I called them back. I was afraid that they may not come back since they were not awarded my first project but they came back and completed it without any problems. Price was good and very professional. They didn't try to cash in for a simple fix. I'd hire these guys again. In fact, I'm having them quote another project out for me and now I even got another one in mind I'll have them do.

He called ahead to notify us of arrival time. Had all parts and tools necessary. Worked in attic to install new ceiling box. Quickly installed new switch box at doorway and wired all. Assembled our new fan and installed. He made sure that we were satisfied with the job and that fan operated properly. Entire job was completed within 2 hours.

I called on Thursday, and he offered to come out on Friday, I requested Saturday and he was there exactly the time we settled on. He was there for awhile because I have an older house and we ran into some problems. He knew exactly what he was doing and got the job done better than I ever imagined. I will never hire someone off of Craig's List again. It was a pleasure working with someone so professional, prompt, and knowledgeable, and I didn't save any more money using someone less qualified. Very happy with the results and I would definitely use them again.

We used him before on different occasions and he installed an outlet in our master bathroom and a ceiling fan and he is very nice. He is professional and we are happy with his work and would definitely use him again.
