He arrived on time and got to work. He did not accept charge cards which was disappointing. He said Iâ d have the report in 49 hours which did not arrive so. I had to text him to ask about it and he did send it the next day however.

This is my first time trying to find a Home Appraiser in a very short time for the court. Mr. Spain is a very professional, thorough, and understanding Home Appraiser. He has represented me to go thru the court as a Professional Witness to my home appraisal. I hired Mr. Spain due to the involuntary divorce matter and he is very trustworthy and accommodating to work with me about the fees when I am going thru hard times and on a budget.
