DELIVERY OF FURNITURE MISSED SOME ITEMS, BROUGHT WRONG ITEMS, BROUGHT DAMAGED ITEMS. ATTEMPTS TO GET SERVICE SATISFACTION WERE FRUSTRATING AND MOSTLY UNHELPFUL -- ONLY ONE SERVICE REP AND SHE WAS AWAY FROM THE OFFICE, LEAVING NO-ONE WHO COULD ANSWER OUR INQUIRIES.
