As with most home-buying experiences, not one single house met all of the needs and wants on our checklist. Dan was very honest about pointing out what each house provided and what it might be lacking. He was easy to talk things out with and made inquiries within the neighborhoods to answer our questions. We could tell that he wasn't just trying to sale us a house, he was trying to help us find our home. We closed on a house without incident, in part due to Dan's commitment, integrity, and passion for his clients.
