Brian and Beth went above and beyond in showing us homes spread out across a wide geographic area - we were looking for land - giving recommendations about neighborhoods and different areas, and never hesitating to meet us at a time that was convenient for us. They went out of their way to make sure that we had full, accurate information about the house we put an offer on and any  issues raised in inspection reports. Brian is also a very experienced,  talented negotiator who will be sure to get a buyer a great price.

My husband and I used Brian to sell and buy our homes. He is very professional, friendly and honest.
Selling: He came to our townhome and did a tour with us, offering suggestions on items we could improve or would potentially turn off buyers. He then went over comps in the area, showing us where the homes were located on a map, square footage, w/ w/out garage, etc. Very prepared I must say! We discussed what we would like to get for our home and what the bottom line was. Brian went over all of the associated cost with selling and gave us an estimate of what we would walk away with from the sell of our home (which did turn out to be very accurate). He took excellent photos making sure the rooms looked large, bright and inviting (much better than others I saw online). He was able to sell our home very quickly and for what we WANTED to sell it for NOT our bottom line. 
Buying: We were so thrilled with Brian of course we used him on the buying side. He showed us home after home (I can be a little picky) and he never once seemed bothered by it. He always says "we are going to find you the right home." He did a great job negotiating (not that we were surprised after seeing him in action when selling our home). It always felt like having him on our side was like having an ace up our sleeves. Just before closing, the homeowners did not complete all of the agreed upon repairs - Brian was unbelievable. We were completely stressed and he was by our side the entire time making sure everything was taken care of. His efforts to resolve all of the issues were really exceptional! I'm now sitting in my new home, that I love, thanks to Brian. My realtor for life!
