He did the electrical and plumbing but I am not sure if he is licensed.

David Reid is licensed and insured and he shows you the certificates prior to starting work. He is also a licensed electrician. He came up with a great idea to fix the jamb in the door. He seemed creative in devising solutions to problems. Getting the plumbing to vent was a big issue that he resolved nicely. He was recommended to me by a friend of his who was a home builder. I was pleased with his work.
