Very flexible on scheduling small job after DIY home improvement project with fair pricing

I called Ron Reed after seeing his name come up on Angie's list. He was prompt and clean and nice. He brought several carpet samples for us to see. He began talking and never quit. Would even talk over you at times. He never actually answered our questions, but talked all around it. I don't think he knew all the answers we ask. He then preceded to try to talk us into buying an inferior type of carpet, but thank goodness we had done our homework and we knew what we wanted. He stayed wayyyy too long and talked wayyy too much. Nice guy but would not trust him or use him..

We had a small room of carpet that needed to be re-installed after changing our fireplace hearth. Ron came over first thing on the next morning after we called him the day before. He was on time and did the job quickly and quite well. He re-cut and reinstalled the carpet and also re-stretched the room to fix some wrinkles we had from months ago. We will use Reeds in the future for sure!

Provided good recommendation on carpet and padding for use in rental unit. Installed without marking up the newly painted wall. A very professional job.

It went great. They were always on time and the three installers; owner Ron Reed, Dan and Jarrett, showed up on time and did a great job with the install. They were in the house for three days and I never had to worry about a thing. They were fast and efficient, cleaned up as they went. I never had carpet in the yard or trash laying around. They were very concientious throughout the process, showed me any areas that they had any concerns with and we worked it out. The floors are beautiful and we couldn't be any happier with the whole process. Start to finish it was a great experience.

We were recently in the market to replace our carpet and went to a few carpet distributors/installers around town but were not completely satisfied with what we could get with our budget. Luckily, I mentioned to a friend our plans and she gave me Ron's number (the owner of Reed Floor Covering) - the stars were aligned for us! Ron brought samples to our house (which is sooo much easier when you have children) and helped narrow down our selection (which is sooo much easier when you don't really know what you want or what you are looking at). He ordered the carpet for us and was able to get us a great deal. We ended up getting nicer carpet within our budget. A week later, Ron and his crew were at our house. The best part was that I trusted Ron enough to come and go as I pleased because I didn't want my kids around the installation process. I am sure our dog loved the company as well. We did move a few items around but Ron's team did all of the heavy lifting. That was nice not to have to worry about, too! With Reed Floor Covering, there is no middle man. You are dealing directly with your installer. I think there are a lot less headaches when you are paying the same person who is doing the work. I haven't been able to tell my friend thank you enough for referring Ron to us! I love our new carpet and will definitely send Ron many referrals.
