 + -1 moreGRADING PEOPLE DIDN'T SHOW UP ON TIME, CALLS WERE NEVER RETURNED. WE WERE TOLD THE GRADING PEOPLE WOULD BE HERE BETWEEN 9:00 A.M.-11:00 A.M., AND THEY DIDN'T GET HERE UNTIL 5:30 P.M. MY HUSBAND TOOK A DAY OFF WORK. CALLS WERE LEFT AND NEVER RETURNED. POOL INSTALLATION WAS HORRIFIC; WE HAD TO PAY FOR OUR OWN TARPS TO KEEP GROUND DRY FROM THE RAIN. INSTALLERS TOLD US THAT THEY WOULD BE OUT, BUT NEVER SHOWED UP OR EVEN BOTHERED TO CALL. MESSAGES WERE LEFT AND PHONE CALLS NEVER RETURNED. A LETTER WAS SENT ON JULY 27 TO RECREATIONAL WAREHOUSE AS WELL AS LEISURE BAY IN FLORIDA. SOMEONE CALLED A WEEK LATER AND TOLD ME THEY WOULD FOLLOW UP, BUT NEVER DID. NUMEROUS WRINKLES IN POOL LINER.
Description of Work: INSTALLATION OF AN ABOVE-GROUND POOL, WHICH INCLUDED GRADING.
