Amazing Appliance Repair Service. Our LG refrigerator quit and we tried Quick Reliable Appliance Repair in Huntersville. The tech arrived early but called 30 minutes before to make sure it was OK. Very proficient, thorough, yet quick analysis showed bad compressor which was still under warranty. $50 diagnostic fee which applied to repair if we chose to do so. They replaced the compressor the next business day and took care of the warranty with LG. I have never seen a technician work so quickly yet with attention to every detail. Company followed up the next day to insure everything was working to our satisfaction. Total repair cost was less than expected considering the 3 hour repair which involved welding and recharging. I had to reschedule at one point and I did the it the day of and they were very accommodating. Their prices were fair. They were very professional and always called me back if I ended the call because of anything. The guy that actually came out to the house was super nice and professional and very helpful. He seemed to be in a rush, but he still completed everything, and answered all my questions. He gave us time to clean behind the machines too since he had pulled them out anyways. I’d definitely hire them again.
