They worked out really well for me. They did a great job for me. They were easy to work with. They did great work. It was a very good experience. I spent about $3000 on the job. They were great. Their facility includes a warehouse, where you could go and take a look at the wide variety of granites. They also provide very nice deals. They were great to work with overall. They gave me satisfactory options. They were very quick and inexpensive. I would highly recommend them because they do great work. I will use them again in the future.

The design specialists, sales specialists and installers were knowledgeable and thorough. They all were concerned with customer satisfaction of the finished project.

The salesperson Robert, is very nice. He was patience with me on choosing the right stones. After, I gave him my kitchen layout, he gave me an estimate the same day. However, scheduling with them wasn't as easy. It took more than a week for Melisa to call me back, about making a measurement appointment. After I paid my deposit, I didn't hear from her, for installation appt. When I called after 1 week, I was told Melisa was responsible for it and she would call me. About 2 more weeks later, she called & said they were coming to install the day after. I told her that, I was not ready and thought she would discuss the schedule with me. On a rescheduled day, they came to install, but they missed drilling a hole for the hot water dispenser. Mark was supposed to come back & drill it, after I mark the exact position for the hole. It's been 3 weeks, I m still waiting. Mark never returned my calls. When I called Quality, I was told he is a sub-contractor and I should keep calling him instead.

They were very helpful on the front end, and their price was excellent. However, I had some problems afterwards, and he told me he would make sure I was pleased up to a year out. He did not follow through with that. There were some things I had problems with, and he never took care of them.

One of the owners of this company, Geoff, and the representative of the company, Robert Ussery were unfailingly polite but refused to take responsibility for mistakes made by their employees. The installers broke a piece of granite, which was replaced, but does not match as well as the original to the rest of the countertops. They cut wires that it took two master electricians to figure out, took out plumbing parts that the plumber said were not necessary to remove and had to be replaced. I was told by Robert before the work began that they would remove and reinstall the cooktop and sink. When the work was done, they could not reinstall, causing me to hire a plumber and electrician as well as having the gas company reconnect the cooktop gas. They did not clean up after themselves and since they chose to cut the opening for the cooktop on site, there was considerable granite dust. The final product is satisfactory, but the process was exceedingly painful.

VERY NICE PEOPLE -- CREATED A BEAUTIFUL CUSTOM BACK SPLASH FOR US. ALSO CAME TO THE HOUSE WITH NO PREVIOUS NOTICE WHEN I CALLED TO TELL THEM THE PLUMBER COULDN'T INSTALL A FAUCET* UNLESS HOLES WERE CUT LARGER. CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY AND FIXED PROBLEM! *THAT I BOUGHT ELSEWHERE ALONG WITH THE SINK.
